This lovely home has two bedrooms with adjoining ensuites offering

privacy and convenience to you and your guests.

It is equipped with four major kitchen appliances along with a washer and dryer.

It offers a very comfortable outdoor eating area (complete with vertical awnings)

with a beautifully landscaped rock garden.
The mirador is spacious and comes with a bar area with sink and toilet.

An outdoor propane heater and BBQ are also provided.

A parking spot is provided in front of the home.

Fibre optic service is provided for your internet needs along with two

landline phones and an answering machine.

Up to 100 free calls per month are offered for calls within North America.

A TV streaming service is included that offers over 1000 channels

(including all American and Canadian major channels)

along with Amazon Prime and YouTube apps.

For your listening pleasure, Alexa (Amazon Echo) will provide

you with your favourite music and radio channels.

The water is filtered and is suitable for personal consumption. A propane fireplace

is included for use during any chilly periods, and ceiling fans and

two floor fans are available for warmer times.

The house is south facing so the hot weather in the afternoons is not a major consideration.

A mini-split heater/AC has also been installed recently.

El Parque is a gated community with 24/7 security services. The

development has a beautiful swimming pool and hot tub

along with a clubhouse and small gym. As a renter, you will have access to all

of these facilities as well as the regularly scheduled social events.

El Parque is within walking distance to many restaurants, markets, Super Lake grocery store, Walmart, Laguna shopping mall, bus stops and a golf course. 

An ideal location if you do not have access to a car!

No smoking is allowed. Small pets will be considered.

Maid service provided monthly, additional service if needed is to be paid by the renter.
