the forms required to keep you -- as well as your guests, tenants and pets -- safe in El Parque.

The Welcome Packet is full of important information that will orient you to the El Parque Bylaws and other policies.  

Please review it carefully and ensure that

you understand your responsibilities.

If you have just purchased a home in El Parque, you should

have been given the password to the protected area of

this website, along with a copy of the Bylaws.

If not, please contact the Administrator.

Owners who rent out their property, either seasonally or

long-term, must pay special attention to the policies governing that and ensure all required forms are completed and

transmitted to the Administrator in a timely fashion.
