My husband and I are looking to rent a house or condo from December 1st to March 31st. We are a responsible retired Canadian couple with no kids, no pets and are non-smokers.
Here is a list of our preferences:
- 1 or 2 bedrooms
- 1 or 2 bathrooms
- pool (community or private)
- close to everything as we will not have a vehicle
- nice kitchen
- high speed internet
- at least a small outdoor space/balcony/patio
- laundry (washer/dryer) in the condo/house
- budget will depend on what's available, we have some flexibility.
We would absolutely love to spend our winter in the community as we hear it is fantastic.
